A combined inspection report covering visual and ultrasonic thickness findings; location-tagged imagery; 3D point-cloud model files in LAZ, LAS, or E57; and the recorded A-scan behind every UT reading. Visual and thickness results arrive together rather than split across separate deliverables.
Produced under a controlled system
Reporting follows controlled procedures and work instructions under Novatrace’s integrated quality and safety management system, built to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements and aligned with IACS UR Z17. Deliverables are formatted for both owner action and classification review.
